Airbus Defence Appoints Nathalie Rau as New Managing and Labour Director
Airbus Defence and Space GmbH has appointed Nathalie Rau as its new Managing and Labour Director. With a diverse background in human resources and lsat, Nathalie brings extensive experience to her new role. She previously served as the Executive Vice-President of Human Resources for Airbus Defence and Space.
Nathalie's career spans nearly two decades and multiple industries. She began as a lawyer at Bertelsmann Direct Services, now known as arvato direct services, in 2005. She later moved to the Lufthansa Group, where she held several key leadership roles over nine years.
Before joining Airbus, Nathalie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Magenta Telekom in Vienna, Austria. Her diverse industry experience includes a stint as Senior Vice-President of People and Culture at Universal Music Group. Nathalie holds law degrees from Universität Passau, Université Toulouse I, and Université du Maine.
