🚃 Check Out the Awe-Inspiring Chenab Bridge:

The sky-high Chenab Bridge, a jaw-dropping spectacle and the tallest railway arch bridge globally, is now a hotspot for tourists. Aviators flying over the stunning vistas of Jammu and Kashmir can't help but marvel at this architectural marvel. According to a communique from the Railway Ministry, pilots announce the bridge's presence as they glide past, whipping passengers into a photographic frenzy.

"From the ground all the way up to the clouds, the Chenab Bridge elicits nothing but respect and pride," said Dilip Kumar, Executive Director, Information, and Publicity, Railway Board, as reported by The Economic Times.

As planes draw near to the Chenab valley, pilots broadcast a special announcement: "Prepare for a sight to behold, below you lies the world's tallest railway-arch bridge - the Chenab Bridge." And as the cabin fills with awe, passengers flood to the windows, snapping pictures and capturing moments of this engineering phenomenon.

"Across the cabin, a wave of national pride sweeps through — clapping, smiling, and exchanging words of admiration for the brilliance of Indian engineering," the note continued.

Landlubbers can't help but join in on the excitement. Locals from nearby towns and villages are snapping selfies and filming the bridge from various angles, according to railway authorities.

A crucial component of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project, the Chenab Bridge towers 359 meters over the Chenab River. Spanning a total of 1,315 meters, the bridge boasts a main steel arch of 467 meters. Standing five times taller than the Qutub Minar and 35 meters higher than the Eiffel Tower, this resilient bridge can withstand winds gusting up to 266 kilometers per hour.

For the first time in Indian Railways' history, a state-of-the-art cable-crane system was employed to bridge a 915-meter-wide chasm between the banks of the river. The system featured two gigantic cable cars and towering pylons over 100 meters tall.

"The awe-inspiring Chenab Bridge, a symbol of Indian engineering, has become not just an architectural marvel for aviators view from the sky, but also a lifestyle attraction for locals, with selfies and videos capturing its grandeur from various angles."

"Feeling the national pride as planes approach the Chenab valley, travelers are moved to capture moments of this engineering phenomenon, adding the Chenab Bridge to their travel itineraries, documenting its resilience and size against iconic structures like the Qutub Minar and the Eiffel Tower."
