August Exhibit: Student Art Display (2023)
The Student Gallery for August 2023 is now open, showcasing the exceptional work of 36 talented students in the fields of art, design, digital media, and photography. Although the identities of these artists remain undisclosed due to the limited information available, we can highlight some of the impressive qualifications held by the students who have made it to this prestigious gallery.
In the realm of graphic design, Mireia De Miranda, Becky Allen, Felicia Morrison, and Ashley Sigurdson all hold Undergraduate Certificates. Layla Fatayrgi and Shabnam Qaiser boast Graphic Designer Diplomas, while Corrinda Cerbone and Stefanos Dardanos have Associate Degrees in the subject. Amanda Moody stands out with an Associate Degree in Illustration, and Kalaia Matthews, Jaclyn Marr, and Haley Delgiacco have BFAs in Illustration.
The digital world is also represented by Haley Stoufer, who holds an Associate Degree in Digital Photography, and Thomas Newhall, who has an Associate Degree in Digital Media. Ilana Galluzzo, Ian Richmond, and Concepcion Garcia Mena possess Undergraduate Certificates and Professional Certificates in Web Design, respectively.
The Student Gallery for August 2023 features work from nominated students, curated and produced by Lauren Hernandez and Patricio Sarzosa. Hernandez is the Manager, Faculty and Curriculum Development, and Sarzosa serves as the Creative Director.
Faculty members played a crucial role in nominating student work for the gallery, ensuring that only the most outstanding pieces make it to the public eye. Among the faculty, we find Micky Jordan with a BFA in Graphic Design, and Julie Solberg, who holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Digital Photography.
