Dive deep into National Socialism history through vivid, firsthand accounts: Enter the mobile exhibition "In Echt?" which is now embarking on a tour across Germany. The Brandenburg Society for Culture and History brings this unique, virtual experience to life, offering visitors the chance to meet Holocaust survivors face-to-face, virtually speaking. Your adventure begins at the legendary Brandenburg Gate in Potsdam and runs until May 11th.

The exhibition is set up in a portable truck that journey's from one location to another. With a VR headset, visitors can connect with five Holocaust survivors, such as the remarkable 96-year-old Ruth Winkelmann. These survivors share their harrowing personal stories and memories from the NS era.

"Living in a time where right-wing extremism and human dignity erosion are on the rise, becoming more vicious and brazen by the day, never has it been more crucial to preserve the past," said Michel Friedman, publicist and patron of the tour.

Following Potsdam, the mobile exhibition will make its way to Halle (Saale) (May 13-16), Zwickau (May 19-23), Erfurt (May 26-30), and Schwerin (June 2-6). Further stops in western federal states are planned for later. Entrance is free.
