Gathering of Young Firefighters from Germany and France, taking place in Saarlouis
In the heart of Saarlouis, Germany, a unique gathering is taking place. A German-French youth fire brigade camp is currently underway, bringing together young firefighters from Albestroff (France), Eisenhuettenstadt, Hymendorf, Mainburg, Rodental, and Saarlouis for a week of camaraderie, learning, and cultural exchange.
The camp, carried by volunteer work, commitment, and the joy of being together, offers a diverse program that includes sporting activities, cultural insights, and workshops on firefighting skills. Over 100 young people from both countries are participating, aiming to strengthen team spirit and deepen their understanding of each other's cultures.
