In the bustling "Stroitel" administrative district of Magadan, Senior District Police Inspector Arsen Mambetov has been diligently maintaining order and earning the trust of its 2500+ residents. His dedication and commitment to serving the community have not gone unnoticed, as he prepares to enter the voting process for his position.
Starting from September 11, Magadan residents will have the opportunity to cast their votes for Major Arsen Mambetov on the website of the UМВД of Russia for the Magadan Oblast, located at 49.mvd.ru.
Mambetov, who has been serving in the internal affairs for over 17 years, has held his current position since 2019. In that time, he has achieved a significant number of solved crimes and identified violations of order, indicating a high level of effectiveness in law enforcement.
One of his most notable achievements this year was the delivery of a wanted person to the internal affairs organs. Additionally, he has reviewed 563 applications from Magadan residents and has solved seven crimes and identified 35 administrative offenses.
However, Mambetov's work is not limited to the office. He has been actively involved in the community, responding to reports of incidents such as the injury of a regional center resident. In one such case, he spoke with the victim at a medical institution where she had just regained consciousness.
Unfortunately, there have been challenges along the way. One such challenge occurred when Mambetov and a victim's friend drove around the suspected incident area and checked CCTV recordings but did not find any leads. However, the case took an unexpected turn when it was revealed that the victim's friend was actually the perpetrator of the attack.
Despite this setback, Mambetov's dedication to serving the community remains unwavering. The culprit admitted his guilt and repented, and Mambetov continues to work tirelessly to maintain order and ensure the safety of the residents of the "Stroitel" administrative district.
